Hiromichi's costume mimicks those worn by Momosu on their single's cover for Nanchatte Ren'ai. The only one who worn a tie-front blouse was Michishige Sayumi. However, Sayumi has pigtails and Hiromichi does not. Cosplaying Sayumi without pigtails would be as off the mark as cosplaying Sailormoon without odango.
The only Momosu member with plain straight hair, no earrings visible, and black netting attached to the hat is Niigaki Risa. Risa is third from the left on the top row.. http://tinyurl.com/2f6guv5
I am not able to get a good translation on the Japanese text copied from Hiromichi's profile page on Cure. From what little I can make out, it is possible that she is telling everyone that she is not cosplaying any particular Momosu member and have chosen to dedicate the costume-only cosplay to the group's founder, Tsunku.

over 13 years agoWhile Hiromichi does look quite a bit like Reina, which is kind of amusing, IDing cosplay is more about shared outfits.
