Could this be Madoka? I've seen pink hair and a bow like this in pictures of Madoka on danbooru.

I originally had her tagged as Kaname Madoka but changed my mine when I noticed the wings. Although everything else is a match, I do not ever recall seeing her with wings.

I got confirmation. I will switch the tag back to Kaname Madoka.

Also, I recently noticed some red text saying that we are not allowed to use this picture on other sites, from http://mpzerocos.exblog.jp/18684872. I think that should be a significant concern for us.

What if the models image appears on both sites that have and have not a 'do not use' banner? Do you then assume the model wants it both ways depending on which site the image comes from?

That is true, mp0 is a photographer and not a model. It makes me think the banner was placed on the site to protect the photographers work from being used by others for profit.

And no, there is no profit made on this site. ads don't even begin to cover hosting costs.
