There's generally nothing interesting to translate. Like here it just says her name Hikita Saya, above the bird it says "Sayapyo" (pyo being onomatopaeic for a hopping sound), at the top next to the rabbit it says ahiruusagi (duckrabbit) which refers to that one picture that looks like a rabbit or a duck depending on how you look at it but what she doodled on the board doesn't really look like a duck no matter how I look at it. It says the first year of the Heisei era on the 23rd of January (23/1/1989) which I assume is referring to her birthday? and that's about it
